When watching the first round of Democrat debates over the nights of June 26th and 27th keep in mind it is all about who can get the most DELEGATES before or during the convention. Naturally the nominee of the Democrat Party needs to have the “right stuff.”  It has been said many times (especially in the Presidential election) a large number of voters cast their ballot for who they LIKE THE BEST.  Not necessarily the most qualified. Nevertheless, the candidate in a debate has to demonstrate knowledge, temperament, what is their plan if elected and do so without being disagreeable.

Off the top, that would eliminate Bernie Sanders. He built his following in 2016 when Hillary Clinton proved to be a terrible candidate.  He’s a good speaker, but attracts largely college younger voters and Whites.  At this time he is old news.  There is virtually no chance he would get the Democrat nomination. Too many others are more presentable and sing the same song. Not to mention this Socialist/Marxist honeymooned in Russia.

Former Vice President Joe Biden has the highest poll numbers at present.  That is meaningless.  Especially after the first debate.  At 76, Biden has not aged well and looks it. He seems slow on his feet and is always gaffe prone. His campaign has almost had him hidden so far.  He carries a ton of baggage from three plus decades in congress that will be exposed by the young Turks who oppose him.  Traditional Democrat’s want him as the nominee of their Party.  However, traditional Democrat’s are outnumbered these days. He may stay a factor…a contender…but the leftists now dominate and he will fade enough not to be the nominee. Democrat’s want someone more dynamic.   Dynamic is never a word that applies to sleepy Joe Biden.

So who else then?   Elizabeth Warren is getting more attention with her give away plans. But harsh, angry, mean spirited candidates have gone the way of George Wallace. Young nice looking gay Mayor of South Bend, In, Pete Buttigieg has charm and can speak well.   And he’s as left as the rest.  But, really do American’s really want this boyish inexperienced gay guy conferring with Russia’s Putin or North Korea’s Kim Jung Um?   Age ten years Pete and try again later.

So who then?  Loud mouth obnoxious Afro American Sen. Cory Booker pushing his reparations agenda. A man in love with himself who just destroyed his candidacy.  The best he can do is be a spoiler for a more logical candidate. Bill de Blasio…go home Bill if they’ll take you back…Amy Klobuchar is pleasant and more moderate. But, too moderate for most.  Beto O’Rourke?  Arms waving and keeps putting his foot in his mouth. The great White hype needs to impress because his campaign has collapsed.  Kirsten Flip flop Gillibrand? She betrayed her Party.  Say anything for a vote. It shows.

All this leads us to the most logical choice.  California Senator Kamela Harris. Her for a number of reasons.  Remember it’s all about garnering delegates.  3,768 delegates vote. To win on the first ballot the candidate needs half…1,885.  Harris has the best chance even if it goes to a 2nd ballot at the convention.  Think about it.  Harris is 54. Former District Attorney for San Francisco, California Attorney General and now Senator from California. She can speak well, poised, has a nature that can be pleasant, experienced more than most and possibly most important…she is a minority person with a Jamaican father and a mother from Madres. Her grandfather used to say “I am Black and proud of it.”  And most critical…she will win the vast majority of California’s 495 delegates.  March 3rd, 2020 is Super Tuesday for Democrat’s.  What States involved beside Cal., southern heavily Afro American States such as Alabama, Arkansas, N. Carolina and Georgia. Just those represent 913 delegates. Add Votes from So. Carolina (63) and Illinois (184) and that tallies 1,160.  True, not all those States will give her all delegate votes. Some are proportional and some winner take all.

The spoiler for Harris could be Afro American obnoxious Sen. Cory Booker taking away some African American votes. However, when he realizes he has no chance, he’d pledge his delegates to Harris and momentum is huge during a convention. That’s how it looks to jacksjargon.com.  President Trump will have huge dollars, the bully pulpit, very well organized in every State using technology to zero in on voter pockets. This won’t be a “seat of the pants” campaign as 2016. He will need to garner more Hispanic votes due to a likely loss of Black votes. It’s doable. Plus, nobody but nobody out works President Trump. Harris vs. Trump. The media will go nuts when they realize it’s four more years.

At age 76, Joe Biden shows plenty of wear. With him leading in the polls his campaign has virtually kept him hidden.  Keeps him from making more mistakes.  Such as…China is our friend.  We need a kinder relationship. Suddenly he flips as he learns Sen. Schumer and Speaker Pelosi both back a tougher stance on China who has taken advantage of America for decades. Next…he continues to back the Hyde Amendment that keeps federal money from abortions. Uproar happens.  So old Joe flips positions again. These blunders are not going to stop.  He is simply incapable of thinking smart on his feet.  Never has.  Worse now.

The Democrat debates are slated for two nights because there are so many candidates. They’ll be on NBC & MSNBC (they refused to allow Fox question them) June 26th and 27th. These mostly younger candidates will be quicker on their feet.  Likely better informed and old Joe will show his wear.  Jacksjargon  sees a drop in the polls post debate for Joe Biden.  Even though mainstream Democrat’s desperately want Biden to get the nomination, tons of cash pouring in like Hillary, but communication skills, fresh idea’s and personality off set cash.

Let’s glance at the meaningless Democrat polls at this time. They do change quickly.  Biden is supposed to have anywhere from a 23% to 19% lead over Bernie Sanders. Elizabeth Warren has been gaining from 9% to 19%.  Followed by Pete Buttigieg, South Bend, Indiana mayor at 8% and same for Kamela Harris….8%.

Let’s give a quick critique of each.  Joe Biden…he’ll hang around a while, but slowly even Democrat’s (especially the new breed) will see Biden as old news. Bernie Sanders gets the nomination?  Laughable.  Appeals to Whites and young college educated. No chance.  Elizabeth Warren has some appeal with her giveaway plans and how to tax for them.   However, she comes off angry most of the time.  Seems mean spirited. Radicals like her, but under financed.  She may shine in the debates. But, very little chance of the nomination.  Next is the gay Mayor of South Bend, Indiana Pete Buttigieg.  Speaks well.  On the surface seems moderate.  However, digging deeper he has nothing but leftist views.  He can answer a tough question well without really answering it.  Good politician, but can anyone really see this school boy looking gay guy speaking with Kim Jung Um or Russia’s Putin. Ridiculous.  Then we have Senator Kamela Harris. More on her in the next jacksjargon.

Forget polls. Forget cash on hand. The deciding factor to all of this is delegate vote count. That’s what it’s all about.  Who has the best chance of getting the 1,885 delegate votes needed on the first ballot.  That candidate needs to be personable, smart with a solid background of work related experience, appeal to Whites and minorities and has an air of confidence reassuring the Independents that this is the best choice.  We’ll give our pick in the next jacksjargon and explain why.

Meanwhile the man who is hated and expected to lose by the media.  Someone who has been bashed for two years unmercifully with 93% of all media stories being negative.  Now it’s being revealed the massive intelligence used by the FBI, head of the CIA and Nation security advisor all put in motion with Hillary Clinton money to defeat him has over 53,000 people in Florida waiting to hear his second run for the Presidency.  People started in line as early Monday morning.  Donald Trump can lead a rally like no other President.  He gets through to the average person and they know things are much better since he became President. Optimism reigns over the USA.

It’s going to be helava blood bath of 2020 for the President. With President Trump, anything is possible.

There is no way President Reagan could become Governor of California if that were an issue today.  California is a one Party State.  It carries the most Electoral College votes with 55. New York is a one Party State with 29 Electoral college votes.  This totals 84 making up 31% of the 270 votes to win the President of the United States.

This matters because the Democrat’s have their eye on something that would change America forever.  Radical, liberals, progressives, socialists and Communists want total control of the USA using centralized government to determine how we live. Control and power is everything to them.  And they don’t want a fair fight. They are more ruthless today than anyone can remember.  And they have their eye on something that clinches it all for good.

There’s talk of using total votes to decide the Presidency.  It’s not going to happen. Too many State’s will never give up that power. New Hampshire losing it’s 1st in the nation primary? Forgetaboutit.

Here’s the gist of it all.  How did California become a one Party State?  They did it by allowing hundreds of  thousands illegals settle in and become citizens.  They are not people of means so generally they want the “goodies” Democrat’s always dish out.  Plus there is one other major contributing factor. As Hispanics continued to pour into California, these illegals receive welfare, drivers licenses, health care, food stamps, schooling and become more or less citizens . HERE’S THE MAJOR ISSUE.  Illegals vote in California.   Thousands upon thousands vote. There is little control of them registering to vote.  Democrat’s see to it they are registered to vote. It’s been the norm there.  And wallah!  California is a one Party State.

Is it any wonder Democrat’s want no control of our Mexican border. Sure they want to keep President Trump from having a victory.  And no they are not being noble and merely caring for these poor people. This is their plan. Have you noticed which State is being flooded with illegals.  Thousands are pouring into Texas with its 38 ELECTORAL VOTES . Our Country captures a fraction of these illegals. True to his word, President Trump is shipping many to sanctuary cities.  But, that’s a mere fraction. Over 11 to 14 million have crossed our border with no authorization.  They escape into Texas unaccounted for and will eventually go the same route as California.  Getting the picture?  The Democrat’s goal is to convert Texas and their 38  electoral votes to insure the Presidency forever.  It’s hard to see any way, if Texas is lost to the Democrat’s, of ever seeing a Republican President again. Texas is their key to it all. Doubt it?  It’s happened in Nevada turning purple (leaning to Democrat control) as well as Arizona.  New Mexico is long gone.

If you agree with this eventuality, it is absolutely essential we stop the flow overwhelming our border in a Texas crisis situation. BACK PRESIDENT TRUMP in his increasing 5% tariff upon Mexican goods coming into America beginning in June.  Media, even Republican Senators votes (protecting their States) and the stock markets winces at the 5% tariff.  Virtually all seem against Trump on this issue. DON”T GET CAUGHT UP IN THIS SILLINESS OF LOSING OUR AVOCADOS.  I not sure anyone has ever seen an avocado in Chicago.  Bring out the Italian beef and the sausage with the peppers and the onions. And surely there must be a domestic tequila maker in the USA.  If not, you can live without a Margarita for a while. We’re talking about saving America here. The wall can’t be built fast enough. It takes years. Other than jacksjargon you likely won’t hear this anyplace else.

Once again… back the President on his tariffs on Mexico. So what if they don’t like it. They’re part of the problem. Not part of the solution.  Good news is they are quick to come to D.C. knowing the tariffs will slaughter their economy.  The point is Mexico must stop the flow they are allowing to come through their Country and right into the USA.  Odds are they will stop it…or curtail it.  If not, there goes Texas and America shall become what it was never intended to be.  Aah…but, you’ll have all the Avocado’s you want.

Attorney General William Barr: “Mueller told me the Department of Justice guide lines ( you can’t indict a sitting President) had no impact on his report.

When the head of the Special Counsel, Robert Mueller, said today no decision could be made because you can’t indict a sitting President, he was lying.  Before President Bill Clinton was impeached the Special Counsel, led by Ken Starr, said guilty 11 times in his report.  If Robert Mueller was speaking the truth, than what has he been doing two years 30 million dollars later if he can’t give a conclusion.  That was the reason for a Special Counsel.  He was doing his best not to clear the President for his own personal reasons.

Best guess is Mueller was merely trying to muddy the waters in his dislike for the President. In actuality, a cowards way out. Meanwhile House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is still treading water on impeachment saying there has to be a clear case in order to secure a conviction in the Senate where 67 votes to convict are needed and she needs Republican votes.  Forget it Nancy. No chance.  As her radicals howl and wail for impeachment, Pelosi knows 65% of Democrat’s and Republican voters want no impeachment. President Bill Clinton became more popular after being impeached. 

The public has pretty much had it with this never ending investigating. The Democrat’s are digging their own grave because they are seen by the public as a waste. They may be doing the biggest favor they could give to President Trump. And they may, just may, be giving the House of Representatives back to the GOP in 2020.   Good grief…how can they not help the absolute mess at our Mexico border? That’s even a worst travesty than Robert Mueller’s fiasco.

Special Counsel head Robert Mueller said today that he could not issue a conclusion (as to the guilt or innocence of the President) because you cannot indict a sitting President.  Absolute nonsense.  Special Counsel head Ken Starr declared President Clinton guilty 11 times.  Mueller did the Democrat’s a huge favor in a nuanced statement.  His problem is he has NO EVIDENCE. His report was clear on this issue.  Now the 95% anti Trump media will go ballistic with this shameful statement costing 30 million dollars on a “fool’s errand.”  An absolute disgrace from a man who had hoped to find evidence, but couldn’t.  So he issues disgraceful fodder.

However, it’s not all bad. The Democrat’s are almost obliged now to impeach President Trump that 65% of Democrat’s and Republican’s don’t want. Plus, there is no way the President shall be removed from office because it takes 67 votes in the Republican controlled Senate to convict. It won’t happen. After the failed attempt to remove President Clinton from office he became more popular than ever.  The general public does not want this…only Mueller and Democrat’s do.

In an incredible inexplicable action, President Donald Trump resigned from the Presidency as of midnight April 1, 2019.  The nation is stunned and there are still no credible reasons as to why he took this historic action.  Only President Richard Nixon resigned from office prior to Trump’s unexplainable action.  Vice President Mike Pence was sworn in immediately following the resignation.  The reaction  forthcoming is world wide.  Congress is demanding an explanation as rumors circulate throughout our nation’s Capital.

Comedian/Host Bill Maher says “Democrat’s look weak.  (Referring to them not having one debate on the Fox News Channel.) “There’re running from a fight when they should be in there throwing punches.  Republican’s come on knowing the only people cheering them on are their three companion aides.”

He’s correct.  Especially when one looks at the latest polls of what media do Democrat’s and Republican’s get their news:   Fox News Channel 19%       CNN 13%       Facebook 8%        Local TV  7%     NBC 5%      MSNBC 5%     ABC 5%    NPR 4%       CBS 4%      New York Times 3%        Local newspapers 3%

All this for Fox News when they are next to never seen in airports and public area’s forced to show CNN.  One of the sadist factors is CNN has international viewing.   Millions in other county’s think CNN is giving them news.   Other than bias slanted stories that  foreigners actually believe.  Score one for the internet.

Elsewhere, the U.S. Mexican border mess is worse that ever.  70,000 illegals have crossed recently. There is no choice but to let them go because there are no more beds or facilities to keep them.  Fortunately, ankle bracelets are now being used in order to keep track of illegals and maybe, just maybe force some to show up for their court asylum request.   Best bet, some enterprising souls are selling bracelet clippers or doing it for an illegal for a fee.

Democrat candidates, instead of talking of issues, they are working on methods to get their power back in any method possible.  Get rid of the electoral college to use the popular vote. No way will it happen.  It would take two thirds of the House and Senate PLUS three fourths of all States.  It’s silly talk noise and Dem’s know it.  Stack the Supreme Court with 3-6 more judges.  End life time tenure.  The Democrat’s are grasping at straws.  Trouble is other than talking socialism they simply can’t match a soaring economy, more jobs available than people to fill them, ISIS is virtually gone, NATO is being forced to pay their fare share of the budget.  Wages are up 3.5% in the last year.  The biggest increase in a decade.

Gimmicks won’t beat President Trump.  Nor their endless list of Presidential candidates.  Can’t you just imagine Sen. Cory Booker debating President Trump. A blood bath.

Progressive (D) Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke is a multi millionaire with a tycoon rich father in law who favors the following:  Voted against ICE who protect are borders. Anti border wall. In favor of tearing down existing  border wall. Favors the “Green New Deal.” Voted against any restrictions on late term abortions.  Is against Iran sanctions. Against tax cuts. Against “Kate’s Law.”  Called police “The new James Crow.”   Supports single payer health care. For those who don’t understand, if these leftists somehow voted in Medicare  for all, anyone with a gold star plan from where they work would lose it and Medicare would  be forced upon them.  Doctors would be trapped into accepting government directed wages.  Obviously fewer doctors heading into the field.   And as in Canada, and elsewhere, a by-pass surgery would put you on a waiting list of 2-3 months.  That’s why Canadians, who can afford it, come here for significant surgeries.

When Speaker Nancy Pelosi was asked what O’Rourke had accomplished in his terms in the House…she stumbled and the best she could come up with was ” He was enthusiastic.”  He’ll present himself as a moderate (as most all Democrat’s do) and when in office so much for being a moderate.   Obama fooled us once.

Beto will be a darling of the media because he looks the part.  Reminds Dem.’s of a Kennedy.  Other than that, he has little going for himself.  He is a pretty good campaigner, however he waves his arms about so often, he appears freakish.    Trump has already asked if Beto was crazy.  Surely he’ll be getting tagged “Bozo O’Rourke.”   That may sound silly, but think back how those names stick and automatically identify a candidate…. and not in a good light.  Who is Pocahontas?    Lying Ted?   Low IQ Maxine Waters…Little Marco…Low energy (Jeb)

With 93% of all media coverage being negative, the President still has approval ratings the same as Obama at this time.   71% of American’s approve of the economy and majority attribute it to Trump.  Like him or hate him…odds are he will win reelection.  Even with Dem’s desperately looking for something to get rid of him.  And sooner or later they’ll find something.  Doubtful it will do much.  He is enormously popular with Republicans and Independents now leaning his way.

So “Bozo O’Rourke” hands waving like crazy…has a long long way to go.

Hands down, the best way to watch the Oscars is to record it.  Then, about 60 to 90 minutes into it you can begin watching and eliminate the horrific waste of time saluting a bunch of people full of themselves.  I’ll never understand what compels me to watch this rubbish every year.  A bad habit of a entertainment kind of guy I guess. It gave great pleasure to fast forward through some awful heavy medal rock song that opened the night. Must be a pitch to attract a younger audience.

This year appeared to be a make up year for every minority group one could oblige on stage. It makes one think so much for the “White power structure.” As for the films…worst bunch of not worth seeing ever.  The biggest story of the night was Christian Bale, overwhelmingly the odds on favorite for portraying Dick Cheney in Vice, did not win best actor.  It went to some guy named Rami Malek, Egyptian no less, in Bohemian Rhapsody playing a gay man  Not quite on my must see list.  In fact, only Vice is on my want to see list. Bale as Dick Cheney became Dick Cheney.  The third remake of a Star is Born with Lady Gaga might be worth a look.

Best actress went to Olivia Colman in The Favorite.  Who?  What?  Didn’t they know Glenn Close was sitting out there.

Best picture…what else but still making up to minorities.  Green Book got the nod. Another African American story about a famed pianist.  Good Grief it never ended. Well, thankfully, it did end.  Another bomb wrapped up in three hours and 18 minutes.

One episode that always gets my attention is In Memoriam.  With age, one always perks up and remembers the loss of Burt Reynolds, Neil Simon,  Tab Hunter, Penny Marshall and the brilliance of Albert Finney. I still haven’t forgiven the Academy for ignoring Farah Fawcett.  These Academy people are in their own “Bubble.”

A nice moment was music and song from Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga.  Nice tune well done.  Lady Gaga looked her best ever.

If you missed the Oscar night, you did not miss the Oscar night.  Thank goodness they kept Barbara Streisand down to about five minutes giving her usual blabber of how important all these films are.  And only one mile wise crack I heard about the current administration.  At least they wised up on this one knowing it offends so many Americans.

If this un hosted Oscar night improves the terrible ratings of last year, it’s a miracle.  If you have any interest in this type awards show, best bet would be to watch Good Morning America Monday morning.   They sum it up quickly and will somehow find great things they watched that bored America from coast to coast. Next year that’s my plan.  I just can’t take it anymore.  Oh how I wished Walter Matthau and Jack Lemon could have come out from behind the curtain.

In 1970 there were five million Hispanics in California.  Today there are fifteen million.  California is now a one Party State. These statistics come from one time Fox News star Bill O’Reilly.  California elected Republican Government Ronald Reagan to two terms.   Richard Nixon was from California.  And Arnold Schwarzengger , a so-so Republican, was elected in California.  Today it would be impossible.

Of those fifteen million Hispanic’s 55% vote Democrat. 17% vote Republican.  And 24% have no Party affiliation. Whites are and have been moving out of California ASAP.  New Mexico is a Democrat State.   Nevada has turned that way as well as Arizona.  Even Texas Republican Senator Ted Cruz had no easy reelection.  He got a scare.  All because of the rise of the Hispanic population.  The vast majority of these transient Hispanics are unskilled, poorly educated and poor.  Why wouldn’t they vote for a Party that gives out goodies. Democrat’s are givers as the vast majority of Hispanics coming here are takers.

Democrat’s want no wall (or fence) barrier not just to stop President Trump, but they have now realized the potential of what this is doing for their Party.  New York keeps growing of foreign nationals.  Another one Party State.  Even though just five years ago or more Democrat’s such as Sen. Chuck Schumer, Hillary Clinton, the huge majority of Democrat’s in the Senate, plus President Obama all wanted monies for the building of a Mexican border wall.  All that is gone now.

Open borders are now seen as a way for Democrat’s and non Whites to spread their power throughout the United States.  It’s happening.  It’s a way to punish the White power structure.  Does anyone really believe if these were Republican’s crossing the border illegally the Democrat’s still would oppose the fence/wall structure.  Laughable to even think it. It’s all about power and changing what made this Country have the highest standard of living the world has ever seen. The idea of illegals having a lower crime rate than American’s is absolute nonsense.  According to former ICE Director Tom Homan, these people commit 2-3 times the crimes of ordinary American’s.  Our jails are full.  60,000 per month are crossing our southern border says Homan.  1,800 Americans were murdered by illegals 2017. 48,000 violently assaulted.  This talk of fewer crossings now is meaningless.  If we go from 80,000 to 60,000 there still is a huge problem. Border guards and tighter security measures have helped.

It’s amazing how a majority of American’s, 53%, oppose the building of a barrier. The media and Dem. politicians dominate the airwaves convincing too many to think technology will be the answer.  Year right…like a drone in the sky is somehow going to stop them.  True technological advances will help.  But, more man power and only a wall/barrier will stop the barrage.  Last week I heard someone trying to convince me the illegals will merely go around the wall or build tunnels to get through.  Ridiculous.   A small percentage will be able to do that, but 90% will  be stopped.  The wall in Israel has proven it.  And young Palestinians are very capable.

So yes…we need a barrier in the worst way.  Anyone with common sense knows it. If you want our capitalistic system to continue that made America the most free and successful country anywhere, support President Trump and the barrier.

The ironic issue is the President did not need to declare a national emergency. Jacksjargon felt for a long time it was not necessary.   Consider that the President has unused 1.9 billion in use now with contractors proceeding.  The dumb compromise bill he signed gave him 1.37 billion more dollars. Six hundred million available now from the Treasury Forfeiture Fund, 300 million more from a non functioning fund, 2.6 billion can be transferred over from defense using monies for USA civil protection plus the capture of the drug kingpin may add another billion dollars.  If the courts do eventually rule in favor of a National Emergency, likely from the Supreme Court, it could add upwards of 10-15 billion more dollars. However, he almost doesn’t need it.  Instead of the emergency money sought, the President could have gone again to the border, use footage of illegals crossing, the frustration of the border guards and he likely would have gotten enough money merely by taking action transferring money from other departments.   He has that legal power says Constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley of George Washington University.

The issue is and has been always clear.  If we want America to remain America we must stop the flow of illegals entering the USA.  We have no choice unless we want brainless publicity hound Casio Cortez telling us what America should be. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi cannot control the new radicals in her Party.  Those declaring for a Democrat Presidential run don’t believe in America as it was meant to be.

As jacksjargon has never seen a happy smiling atheist…same can be said for this band of radicals wanting to control our Country with the millions of illegals.  They’re like an angry mob ready to lead an angry mob.   As Keith Jackson used to say…….”Whoa Nellie.”
